In an Open Letter to Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould and Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland, the BCCLA and Amnesty International are calling on the federal government to launch a thorough and public inquiry into Hassan Diab’s extradition to France. We urge the government to appoint an independent commissioner to conduct a thorough inquiry into Dr. Diab’s case.
