Letter to Prime Minister Trudeau from the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls Coalition in BC concerning sex discrimination in the Indian Act. The letter urges the Prime Minister to accept the Senate’s ‘6(1)(a) all the way’ amendment to Bill S-3 (An Act to eliminate sex-based inequities in the Indian Act) when Parliament reconvenes.
