Letter to Ministers Ahmed Hussen and Ralph Goodale regarding the recent decision to deny Chelsea Manning entry to Canada. The BCCLA stands along with 40 prominent civil society organizations, elected officials, university professors and professionals in support of Ms. Manning. This letter calls on the government to reverse the decision to bar Ms. Manning from Canada, and was submitted by her legal counsel as part of a formal request for reconsideration.
