Submission from the BC Civil Liberties Association in response to a request from the Canada Border Services Agency for external stakeholder comments on (1) proposed regulations to establish a formal process for Ministerial relief under s. 42.1 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act; and (2) proposed regulatory amendments to s. 37 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
