In our groundbreaking Carter v. Canada Supreme Court challenge, we fought for the rights of Canadians to self-determination and compassionate care at the end of life. We won an historic victory before Canada’s highest court, but we still have tremendous work to do in the next 12 months to ensure that these rights become a reality for all Canadians.
