Q: What is the Liberty Awards Gala?

A: The Liberty Awards Gala is the BCCLA’s second annual fundraising event, held to recognize the outstanding work of human rights and social justice advocates in Canada.

The event will feature a reception, awards ceremony, live entertainment, and a keynote address by Dr. David Suzuki.

We look forward to an elegant and exciting evening, celebrating the hard work that supports a culture of human rights and civil liberties in Canada.

Q: When is the event held?

A: The Liberty Awards Gala will be held on Wednesday, June 12th 2013.

Q:Where is it held? How do I get there?

A: The awards gala is held at Performance Works near Granville Island Public Market.

Q: What time is the event?

A: Reception will begin at 6:30 pm, and official welcome address will start at 7:45 pm. The event will conclude at 9:30 pm.

Q: Where can I purchase a ticket?

A: You can purchase the tickets here.

Q: How much does the ticket cost?

A: The tickets to the Liberty Awards Gala are $110 regular price.

Early bird sale runs from April 12th to May 12th, and individuals may purchase single tickets or tables for $95 per person.
