The BCCLA made a submission to BC Ministry of Children and Family Development upon invitation to participate in the consultation regarding the anticipated amendments to the Child, Family, and Community Services Act. These amendments are required to make the legislation constitutionally compliant and to address the pressing concerns discussed by the Court of Appeal in the recent decision in TL v British Columbia (Attorney General).
