Vancouver – On Wednesday, May 4, 2011, the B.C. Civil Liberties Association will be holding a press conference announcing the launch of a class-action lawsuit brought by residents of Mission, BC who have been wrongfully charged with violation of the District’s Controlled Substances Property Bylaw.
