Constitutional Issues in the Criminal Law:
Get a jump start on your 2014 CPD credits and join the B.C. Civil Liberties Association and chairs Michael Tammen, Q.C. and Brock Martland for our one-day conference featuring expert faculty in the areas of constitutional and criminal law. Topics will include domestic spying by the Communications Security Establishment Canada, the Supreme Court of Canada decision on the criminalization of sex work and much more!
This course qualifies for 7 hours of CPD credits. A minimum of 1 hour will involve aspects of professional responsibility and ethics, client care and relations and/or practice management.
A key note address will be delivered by the Honourable Lance Finch, former Chief Justice of British Columbia. Our other expert panelists will include:
