Joint comments on the provisional draft text on “emergency mutual assistance” and “languages of requests” of the Cybercrime Convention Committee. The comments are in response to consultation opportunity from the Council of Europe for the elaboration of additional Second Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime (also known as the Budapest Convention.)
