The BCCLA Legal Observer program trains individuals to be third party observers at major demonstrations, protests, and public events at which citizens are likely to come into contact with police and other security officials.
Legal Observers witness and documents interactions between the public and security authorities in order to facilitate the exercise of democratic rights.
